Your PMM Coaching app houses all the tools you'll need. The app will contain your workout program, step count, progress tracking, gym performance tracking, weigh-ins, progress photos, macro targets, as well as 1:1 communication with your coach!
Every week, you get check in video. You fill out a check in form to provide us necessary feedback to allow us to make educated, data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity for you to go deeper in depth about your progression. You get to learn more about training and about yourself along the way.
We understand that not everyone progresses in the same manner. Your coach is easily accessible. You get to schedule FaceTimes or Zoom calls, and are encouraged to ask as many questions as needed. We firmly believe this will help grow the important relationship between coach and client that has a profound effect on the quality of your results. We understand that no one is perfect, and we are not asking you to. This means that you have all the space to express your shortcomings as well as to celebrate your wins. We will encourage you to self-audit yourself by sending in form videos to maximize performance and results, all while minimizing the chance of injury and building confidence.
Every protocol is designed specifcally for your phase of development with an emphasis on sustainability in mind. The decisions made are educational and scientifically-based on what's best for you according to the recorded data over time. There is no cookie-cutter solution and protocols may be adjusted for this reason.
We are 100% honest and realistic with you. We understand that you have high set standards you want to meet. That high standard is also what we set for you. Realize that where you are at your fitness journey cannot be compared with your teammate. Our journeys are beautifully individual and must be appreciated in our own way. Every decision is made with longevity in mind. No quick, band-aid solutions.
We believe in taking a flexible dieting approach. This will fundamentally teach you how to properly fuel your body for the best results. A good diet is a diet you actually enjoy consuming. Sure, if we made a meal plan, it would just be easy. However, you'd end up eating the same foods for too long of a time and miss out on food variety. We want to help you build knowledge and skills that you can carry on in the long term.
The ability to ask questions, be curious, and question everything in the pursuit to become a better athlete. You are self-led, and are never afraid to ask questions and communicate to gain clarity and understanding. You utilize all the available resources and hold the highest standard by deeply believing in your true potential. Someone who takes immediate action and implements their given advice and protocols.
You are self-led first and foremost. We are coaches who encourage and empower you to become your absolute best. We're not your babysitters. If you miss a check-in, you will not get feedback or adjustment in protocols for the coming week. You need to be held accountable.
You send us your check-in form going into detail about how your week went. We encourage you to open up about your struggles and questions. This your best opportunity to utilize in-depth coaching, education, motivation, and relationship building.
We make decisions based off your lifestyle factors and goals. Not every person is the same. We want to make it as realistic as possible and not overwhelm you beyond what you can muster. You don't have to put in IFBB Pro levels of work and commitment to see results.
